As our Players progress through our lesson programs or transition from other courses, they join the Annual Pass Holder program with a variety of skills and experiences.
Our education programs are designed to ensure that players of all ages and abilities, receive training on the minimum requirements to play golf at a recreational and competitive level. We strive to instill the traditions of safety, integrity, fair play, consideration to other players and the courses we play.
The educational program is divided into three educational seminars, three written and two physical tests.
New Junior Passholders must attend three education seminars and pass (90%) three written examinations in order to earn supervised playing privileges and in order to receive un-supervised playing privileges, Junior Passholders must complete and pass (90%) two physical tests; the skills test and a 9 hole playing test.

Prior to attending the Rules of Golf Seminar, Players MUST complete the Rules of Golf - Definition Exercise. This exercise is to ensure comprehension and understanding the language of the Rules Book and makes find a ruling easier, without delaying play.
Rules of Golf - Definitions Exercise
The Rules of Golf (Intro to Rules or Competitive Golf) is only necessary for those players wishing to compete in the Junior Club Tournament series or represent Redwoods at the PGA of BC - Pro-Junior Championship.

As these privileges and expectations evolve, we feel it's important for our Players to show us that they have read and understand the privileges of their specific annual pass, our dress code requirements and behavioural expectations when they are at the driving range, practice facilities and golf course.
