How to fix a ball mark

  1. Insert the prongs of your ball mark repair tool into the turf at the edge of the ball mark
  2. Gently pull the top of the tool towards the centre of the indentation. This gradually pulls the turf into the ball mark as you repeat the motion around the indent. Try not to pull up or twist as that can cause root damage
  3. Once the ball mark has been closed, smooth the surface with a club or your foot!
