Benefits and Perks

This position offers 16 - 40 hours of work per week from April to mid-October.

• Hourly wage: $22.25 per hour

Redwoods is a tip-free facility so there are no tips or gratuities on top of the posted wage.

Duties Include

• Taking direction from the First Cook to prepare and maintain the kitchen area, work on the line, and close the kitchen down under supervision
• Execution of the menus for the restaurant and food truck
• Proactively preparing and stocking ingredients for the line
• Sweeping and mopping as needed
• Assisting in the removal of garbage etc.
• Ensuring that quality is consistently achieved on all dishes
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months experience in a similar culinary role is required 
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required
• Valid Food Safe is an asset
• Willingness to complete a Police Information Check is required
