Benefits and Perks

This position offers 16 - 40 hours of work per week from April to mid-October.

• Hourly wage: $25 per hour

Redwoods is a tip-free facility so there are no tips or gratuities on top of the posted wage.

Duties Include

• Working closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to prepare the kitchen, run the line, and close the kitchen down
• Leading the kitchen team in the absence of the Executive Chef and Sous Chef
• Execute the full menu including the restaurant, banquet and wedding offerings, as well as the food truck and concession items
• Setting up, operating, and closing down the food truck for weddings and golf tournaments
• Ensuring that quality is consistently achieved on all dishes
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar culinary role is required 
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required
• Valid Food Safe is required
• Willingness to complete a Police Information Check is required
