Q: How far in advance can I book?
Booking 0 to 12 days in advance is complimentary. A non-refundable Advance Booking Fee applies only to reservations made 13 to 30 days in advance.
Q: What is Advance Booking?
Advance Booking is a non-refundable flat rate price per tee time which gives golfers the ability to secure a tee time reservation in advance of the standard golf industry booking policies ie) 13 to 30 days in advance.
Q: Why is there an Advance Booking Fee?
With the increased demand of golf over the last two years, there has been an elevated pressure on reserving tee times and therefore we have noticed a high increase of golfers booking tee times in advance and cancelling last minute; this takes up sought after tee times and restricts access to our golf course for other golfers who are eager to play. By instating a non-refundable Advance Booking Fee, we are asking for more of a commitment to bookings made in advance and therefore, creating more access to our tee sheet for those looking to play in 12 or less days without having to wait on last minute cancellers.
Q: What is the cost of Advance Booking?
The Advance Booking Fee is a non-refundable flat rate charge of $40 per tee time booked 13 - 30 days in advance.
Q: When will I be charged for Advance Booking?
The Advance Booking Fee is charged immediately at the time of the reservation is made. The green fees will not be charged until the day of play.
Q: Will I get a refund if I cancel my tee time?
Refunds will not be given for Advance Booking Fees when tee times are cancelled. Advance Booking Fees provide the service of being able to book in advance of other golfers; once a tee time has been reserved, the service has been provided and therefore no refunds will be given. The only situation where an Advance Booking Fee may be refunded is if the golf course is closed due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather.
