Q: How many people can you accommodate? A: Our Marquis Event Tent seats up to 200 people with the guests seated at banquet tables and 170 with the guests at round tables. The ceremony garden seats up to 200 guests.
Q: Is the ceremony/reception held indoors or outdoors? A: The reception is held under our Marquis Event Tent, this is an outdoor area. The event tent has large window walls that can be open or closed and it is situated on a paving stone floor. The ceremony garden is an outdoor facility.
Q: What type of menus do you offer? A: In addition to the traditional carved buffet menu selections we also offer various BBQ options.
Q: Do you do just a ceremony/reception? A: You are welcome to have your reception only at Redwoods or have your ceremony here as well. Unfortunately we do not host ceremony only functions.
Q: What if it rains? Can the ceremony be indoors? A: Yes, we can hold the ceremony under our reception tents in case of rain.
Q: Do you have Handicap access? A: Yes
Q: Is there ample parking? Is there a charge for parking? A: We offer ample complimentary parking.
Q: Do you provide any services? (E.g. Minister, Photographer, DJ.etc) A: We offer various inclusive packages with full decor, DJ services, photographer and cakes.
Q: Can we take our pictures on the Golf Course? A: You may take photos around the clubhouse area including gardens in addition to the ceremony area.
Q: Is there a room that the bride and bridal party can get ready in? A: We unfortunately do not have a changing area but the bridal party is welcome to wait in our boardroom until the time of the ceremony.
Q: Do I have to make an appointment to come by and take a look around? A: You are always welcome to drop in and take a look around but we suggest to make an appointment first to ensure that Jill can meet with you and discuss your wedding plans.
