
Executive Chef Shane Driediger is a Red Seal Certified Chef who joined the Redwood's team in 2007 and has brought with him 20 years of experience. Shane took his training through Okanagan University College and trained under Hans Hartmann who holds his Chef de Cuisine certification. Prior to joining the Redwoods teams, Shane has worked international with Club Med in the Bahamas and has been a guest Chef on many episodes of "Cooking with Shelly and Courtney" on the OLN network. Shane worked extensively in the catering field and has been instrumental in opening restaurants in the Lower Mainland. He is also a strong proponent of the Red Seal apprentice program for up and coming chefs.
